I expect a financing with Dundee subsribing most of the shares. Let's imagine (not exact numbers): Woulfe needs 10 Mil. and we have a financing at 0,2 CAD, that are 50 Mil. more shares. Dundee buys all those shares. At the moment they have roughly 45 Mil. shares (neglecting that some are warrants), so a 12,5% stake (360 Mil. shares), after that financing the would have 95 Mil. shares, so a 23% stake (410 Mil. shares) doubling stake in Woulfe for 10 Millions..
