Value per meter Hole 10 was 5.1% graphite over 363m.
So that means that we have 112.2 lbs of graphite per ton of rock. So here are some various scenarios based on varying prices of hydrothermal graphite:
$8000 per ton: Our rock is worth $408 per ton
$20,000 per ton: Our rock is worth $1020 per ton
$30,000 per ton: Our rock is worth $1530 per ton
Any way we slice it, this deposit value per ton is great. I remember doing this work with Noront and their value back in the day when nickel was over $12 per lbs was around $600 per ton and that was considered very high grade.
Now the flip side of that is what is our cost to produce. If we use $600 per ton, than our cost is $30.6. Profit margin gets stupid very fast when you look at rock value and cost of production here.
As RapidRobert put it, I am a positive thinker so take this with a grain of salt, but I think our take over value with be close to $20 based on those profit margins and proving up enough ore for a 20 year LOM with 100k tons per annum of production. That is only 40M tons of ore at 5%...we are almost there IMO!
ZEN is a black swan, I have no doubt about it! The light bulb will go on at some point and this thing will move like a freight train and there will be no stopping it till $6-$8 IMO.
It is easy to get a little sour when watching share price action. The selling is provided by warrant holders still IMO but the lack of volume tells me the light bulbs have not gone off yet. It will come!!
Gold in toilet so hate to compare but...
At $8000 per ton: hole 10 equivalent to 8.5g/t over 363m$
At $30,000 per ton for nuclear grade 6N product, we would be equivalent to an ounce per ton over 363m!!
Like I said, light bulbs will go on at some point!
