The Lac Dore Project comprises two claim blocks, referred to as Lac Dore Main and Lac Dore North. The Lac Dore Main claims cover an area of 648.82 hectares (Ha), and the Lac Dore North claims cover an area of 4,637.87 Ha.

AGM meeting

AGM meeting

According to the rules(correct me if I'm wrong) an AGM must be held within 15 months of the last one.

Last years meeting was held on April ???  21, 24, or 26/2012   ...... I can't remember off hand....

Anyway this would mean that a AGM must be held by July 21-26/2013 ........

Apparently they must announce and/or file the necessary documents by May 21-26/2013

This means we should be expecting news on this week.......NO IF ANDS OR BUT'S.....
