Good idea to make minorities heard. I hold 1.1m shares and have done so for a few years so am a long and will wait to extract full value from my shares. I did write to the board and Brian Wesson some time ago about my dissatisfaction with the board approving the $1.2m loan for the Wessons to convert their warrants. Unfortunately the Board or Wesson, as CEO, never responded to this concern or other points I raised at the time. Also There was no announcement the funds were ever repaid; I may have missed it in the notes to the accounts. Was it paidback?

I'm dissapointed with the Boards performance and can only hope Ned send in some of his people to replace the Board and the interim CEO.
