That line was Primeau at last years AGM when he was questioned about ramp up. "A few weeks and 3 tpd it's a chemical process, blah, blah". We all know the result. The difficulties must not be chemical. Perhaps they are mechanical and monetary.  Problems are still problems however. 

I like to think that things are looking better  .  .  .  really.
