Some believe cash spend will be more than cashflow in the near term, resulting in another share issuance---on the cheap.  Some are certain that top management has been making dumb decisions, thus hurting the shareholders while enriching themselves.  Some believe that institutions are selling their weak positions to raise cash for redemptions.  Some believe all of the above.  Some believe other shareholder unfriendly things.  Some are just disgusted and are cutting their losses.  Take a look at the thread.  Their are a lot of reasons for the selling..                           Regards,                                                                                                                                                               DrBill
