Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with a proprietary technology platform developed at its laboratory facility in France with a specialization in the stabilization of carbohydrate molecules. It is focused on three current antiviral categories: Neuraminidase Inhibitors, Nucleoside Analogs and Iminosugars. Its wholly owned subsidiary is TFChem S.A.R.L.

Celcius it has been stated by the company (and its on their factsheet), that both the SGLT2 and the skin lighteners have been taken as far as the company wants to take them without a partner to fund the commercialization/marketing phase of each product. The SGLT2 (diabetes) is proven safer and more effective than J&Js product which just got approval, and the skin lightener also toutes to be the best on market with a rumoured 20 different companies looking at the product. Sounds like a possible bidding war to me...
