Enpar Extends with Miahona

ENPAR AND WORLD CLASS WATER COMPANY, MIAHONA, EXTEND MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING

Enpar Technologies Inc. and Miahona have agreed to extend the memorandum of
understanding (MOU) between the two companies. The extension will enable the
parties to finalize contract negotiations with world-class corporations in the
petrochemical, petroleum and fertilizer manufacturing sectors.

The parties are intent on formalizing a joint-venture agreement by June, 2014,
or earlier should business activities necessitate an official corporate
presence in the Middle East.

Miahona is a world-class company involved in the water and waste water
treatment business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and other regions of
the Middle East.

After more than a year of joint marketing activities in the KSA, Miahona
representatives believe negotiations will conclude with a contract in the near
term. Miahona reports that Enpar's technology has been accepted by a client in
the KSA and has been endorsed by the Royal Commission.

Dr. Gene Shelp, president and chief executive officer, states, "Enpar is
encouraged by the confidence and optimism expressed by Miahona, and looks
forward to this opportunity to showcase its novel water treatment systems in
the KSA."
