RE: 2,700,000 share transaction I'm guessing someone else has stepped in and R.Disbrow has handed someone some shares at his cost of buying them. Maybe He bought some of Pinetree, which is rumoured to be a little tigh, and sold to a buddy or new player. Either way R. Disbrow has been a big buyer at anything around .08 and sold that block at .07. He has been buying plenty and that was a small sell of his outstanding shares so thiming leads me to believe he just helped someone out. JMHO!
