RE: New Form on Sedar: Unofficial Consolidation Ru

RE: New Form on Sedar: Unofficial Consolidation Ru

Looks like  consolidation is still in the cards from management.  Consolidate and then dilute again to get us out of debt. Meanwhile our shares are worthless because we will be shorted back down to 1.5 cents in this gold market as well as having 10x less... The debt can be attributed to 2 management mistakes: 10,000 ounces lost in pad fiasco ($17 mill value at the time) and the millions lost on SART....The only thing that saved us from a bonehead aquisition of Auriga was the gold price crash..Even the fact that this management team  considered that aquisition is scary. They just got a grip on a near surface heap leach  open pit that took way too long to profitable and they then decide to take on a narrow vein gold deposit that is almost impossible to mine profitably see San Gold, old Century mine etc...INSANE...Hopefully some of us can attend the AGM and voice these issues to management

Appreciate the new Castle gold operations team hire, and the fact they they are not lining their pockets with options but our current precarious status is due too our management team.

We need Q1 numbers to see if operational changes are effective and a debt solution

nothing new just needed to say it again
