Wonder what happened with Coke? According to their SUPPLEMENTARY PROSPECTUS they were to be on the ASX by May 13, 2013. That has not happened yet. They can extend that date if they want. SA gave them more time then that to do the job. I wonder how Coke is looking at the moratorium as far as the property they purchased? How will that affect this deal? Cheers.
EXTENSION TO CLOSING DATE
Given the ASIC Modification, the Company has extended the Closing Date.
Accordingly, references to the Closing Date in the Prospectus are amended and
the Indicative Timetable set out in Section 3.7 of the Prospectus is deleted and
replaced with the following table:
