It seems odd that the halt came after the financing news was released but the exact sequence of events occurred with another stock I had so I expect this financing is all the news to expect. I too am disappointed with manaement. The Sandstorm deal was supposed to get them to production with a comfortable buffer but they burned through that by the looks of things. I have not done the math on the amount of dilution but this stock does not look as promising as it used to with the SSL stream coming off the top and now more dilution.

Hopefully there is still some money left over for us after everyone has been paid.
