pre market is not a catalyst for stock price movement. Could happen at open as it could happen at close or anywhere in between. If we approach 20 cents watch out for rally on huge volume. My opinion is that we will see wave 5 today. The RSI has cooled down and offers a fresh new climb in price. All in all I am highly optimistic we will rise above 20 cents and probably close to 50 cents before the official launch.
