lets get on with it and get rid of the doubt about how hpa and the bfs, among other issues, will be funded. Maybe a few more positive releases and then a structure for some form of non dilutive financing.... it wont take much to make this puppy sail...rusal, nalco, calcinator in place and working well, sales ramping up etc...
