Veolia on board- What Takover mean...

 with Decary on board I guess that it will be a good oversee if takeover by Rusal or Alcoa occur. Alcoa delayed it's expension in BaieComeau for 3 years (1.2 billions investment) because of Orbite??? How much would it cost buy Orbite and implement their technology... less then 1.2 billions for sure....
