Time to act Why is BNC afraid to face it's long-suffering shareholders?
It's time for some transparency by both BNC and GW. If the posters and readers on this board agree, I suggest we write Jennifer and let her know we, too, want a Shareholder's meeting to shed some light. Let us know why AH is being sold, will the shareholder benefit? We're entitled to know what's going on and we're entitled to know what the GW plans are all about. Do they represent an entity that is looking to take over, by way of replacing the board, perhaps bypassing poison pill requirements? Or, are they working on their own? As shareholders We are entitled to some answers. If a shareholder 's meeting is the only way to get them then let's have one.
