TOS investor relations where are they ?
Sir posted the following on 4/17:
"The de novo process will start once the Company has received an NSE Letter (Not Substantially Equivalent [to the predicate]), at which point the Company will have 30 days to petition for the de novo classification. The Agency will then have 60 days to respond. The receipt of an NSE letter is one of the prerequisites for eligibility to proceed with the de novo process classification. By not having a predicate, TSO3 has the option to proceed". It looks like 90 days plus the time to receive the NSE letter.
Has TSO received the NSE letter ? I do not recall any clear declaration from Rumble/TOS that the awaited letter has been received. If I am wrong and it has been received has TOS petitioned for the DE NOVO classification? In my opinion the receipt of an NSE letter, as important as it will be ( or is ), merits an NR.
These are all steps in a process which is of extremely high importance for TOS. The passing of each step should be communicated by an NR, in my opinion. How do all of you feel about that? If we are of that opinion perhaps someone should inform Rumble that he is missing the boat on investor relations.
