RE: RE: RE: Find Us If You Can...

Liquidcool instead of asking people to answer the questions you post, why don't you call Fredy yourself and then inform this BB?  Why don't you ask him about a few odds and ends.  Fredy reads this BB so he shouldn't be surprised.  Who doesn't call up a CEO of a public company and ask for the real inside scoop or poop, it must happening everyday the way your are talking and of course material information will be given to a shareholder over the phone.   Get a grip.

Let's just add a few things up:

1.  CEO purporting to have credentials that he does not have.  Yup his earned my trust.

2.  Trading frozen because they can't get their filings out on time.  Definitely a sign of a well managed company.

3.  Directors bailing and probably wanting to run as far away as possible from this mess.  Hope there is directors' liability insurance.  Again is this normal for a well managed company to have directors leaving all at once?

4.  Newly appointed directors lack experience and it is difficult to understand why they were chosen and how they will add value.

5.  CEO a director of a newly formed security company is a direct conflict!  Why would he do this?  Personal agenda because he sure isn't representing UPS shareholder interests.

6.  If sales and profits are so good, why can't you hired someone competent to do the books and get your filings out on time?  Well managed companies are transparent and they meet obiligations.

7.  UPS hasn't hit the papers with any buzz about problems.   Really Liquidcool!  Because there isn't a story in the newspaper there aren't any problems?  UPS is small time peanuts.    The media will eventually pickup on a story here and it won't be from speculation.

8.  The market is not responding to the fantastic job Fredy is doing because the analysts have never had confidence in UPS management and they read through NR's that are full of hot air.

Liquidcool you need to get your head out of the sand.  Take those rosey glasses off.  If it quacks like a duck, walks like a duck, it probably is..............a duck!
