RE: RE: RE: RE: Removing the Dividend is a GOOD th Hi, Rogue - expected a response from you. Here are a few more points for you to think (and other readers of this BB):1. I'm actually not in a debate with you - I am only posting my point of view and the reasons behind for any reader to consider when making their investment decisions - so if you are tired of debating then don't. 2. Be careful when post that there is big insider buying - I also see large dispositions by the management investment group that offsets most of the insider buying (looks more like a rearranging of how they own the shares rather than significant insider buying). 3. They keep saying they have this big backlog of business (i.e. 10 months) yet refer to the various issues in the world starting back in 2008 and the need to have to reduce head count which probably means that the backlog (if it truly is 10 months) must be at significantly lower gross margins. 4. In their own words in their press release "WILL REVISIT THE DIVIDEND/DISTRIBUTION POLICY AS THE COMPANY MOVES INTO SOLID AND SUSTAINABLE OPERATIONS AND AN IMPROVED BALANCE SHEET" - this implies that they are not currenlty in "SOLID AND SUSTAINABLE OPERATIONS" and thus have become a very speculative investment. 5. Given that wording it is my bet that their lenders had something to do with this otherwise why not cut the distribution by a percentage rather completely eliminate it. Looks like the market agrees - down by a further 20% as I write this. For all of you risk takers out there (including Rogue) if you believe that this is a temporary situation being manipulated by who knows who for whatever reasons then fill your boots. However be careful when making your decision on whose opinion you take into consideration regarding the degree of risk - mine or others who are now probably less than objective given the amount of unrealized losses they face (particularly investors like Rogue who despite averaging down now has a 60% unrealized loss on his overweight position - oops gues it's not overweight anymore.
