Note to shareholders: I have yet to see, in my 25 years+ of watching and investing in the markets, a "share consolidation" ever do anything but significantly move the share price down. If the proposed 10 to 1 share consolidation is enacted, and the post share price is $0.40 per share, well my friends expect  the share price back to 4 or 5 cents per share or thereabouts in the near future.

Vote NO, NOT IN FAVOR of the consolidation. do some research for yourselves if you choose not to take my word for it.

We are voting vehemently against the consolidation proposal.
