We will have to agree to disagree. Are you able to negotiate a mortgage with your bank when you are out of work, but have been told you are going to get a job offer in the mail? I for one won't believe the FDA until I see it written down. Small technicalities can and have led to disasters. A little more transparency on the part of TOS BOD and management would go a long way to restablishing credibility. If the letter did arrive on the same day as the CC, in my opinion, confirming that the next day would have given a measureable boost to TOS shares and shareowners. It would have confirmed that Rumble's information was good. That is the kind of news that we all need.
