Well, that creates a very interesting situation. If June 3rd is the effective date/due bill deadline, then guess what comes the next day? Early in the morning on Tuesday June 4th, Dr. Steven Nissen presents in France at the EAS meeting: "Therapeutic options to induce regression of coronary atherosclerosis" as part of the Plenary Session: Pushing the frontiers in cardiovascular biology. Could this be the big announcement day for ASSURE? Dr. Nissen's presentation is at 9:30 AM France time, which is way before opening of N. American markets. Are the signs pointing to get on board by June 3? All of this is open to subjective interpretation, but could the story be written any sweeter?
