I disagree I dont like the share offering. I do like the company and think it is well run but I dont like the dilution. It bothers me when companies raise dividends to high levels then has to raise cash. Either you can afford the dividend and grow with cash flow or you dont raise dividends.

That being said I still think this is a good company, solid operator. Im out though and going to wait to see what happens. Quarter 2 is always a bad one on the oil patch and should shake some people out. If it gets down near 4.25-4.50 will look at it again. Didnt like the divy increase or the dilution makes me a little nervous but will watch it.
