Clearly as a result of todays press release, a fund or major shareholder is taking a run at the board seats and the company, likely to put new management in place or more likely sell the company.  Long overdue.  As a long standing and patient shareholder with reasonable size, they have been a disappointment to say the least for me.  Debt, arrested then all too easily run up at every turn, shares issued at less than proved reserves value or basic multiples and options issued on every opportune moment.  Sadly time for a change, a shakeup full and complete is required.
