RE: RE: Attention Adam

RE: RE: Attention Adam

Hi Adam.  I appreciate you posting something on this site.  The discussion at least helps to clarify the positions. Its too bad it takes this type of event to have managements creating a dialogue with their unitholders.

The big problem I see that you have here is that you personally are connected to IGW which seems to be having its own problems.  How can I as a unitholder of PAR.UN be assured that those issues will not somehow get pulled into Partners?  Somehow there needs to be at least on a perception basis that the board of Partners is not connected in anyway to IGW ongoing problems.   I am a significant unitholder of PAR and I don't think there can be a good solution here either way.  I have entertained a number of times getting involved in Leagues investment programs but thankfully decided to stay away.   If those projects (Leagues) are in trouble how can I have confidence that Partners will be run in a better manner?

Personally, my solution here would be to look for a third party to come in and take Partners out.  That might solve all the problems. Possibly the reit has reached that size where more experienced hands might be beneficial for all involved. To take it too that next level you talk about.

Again, thanks for the dialogue. Maybe you will start a much needed trend for all publicly listed companies.

All the best however this turns out.
