RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: JD comments You should check out what Brit and Aussie companies say. You know the 51-101 rules really limit what a Canadian company can say. You notice CBM Asia only announces targerts rather than internal estimates?
I am a big believer in the story - there is geological/engineering risk remaining but the think that really worries me is the funding risk.
I deal lot in oil and gas / resource financing and the situation today is far worse that it was a year a go. If you have positive cash flow funding is not too hard but if you are an exploration company outside the US / Canada it is very very tough now. Speaking to your broker. How many small cap resource funds are doing well. It does not matter how good the project is when your fund is bleeding via redemptions. Remember the TSX Venture exchange is down 25% year on year.
Money is flowing to the big funds and they don't invest in micro caps. The Canadian retail investor is still hiding under the bed. So yes you can have a great project and it could take time to get funded. That is my concern. CBM Asia's project's derisked will sell to the North Asians at a high price. Look what they have been buying in Canda.
