the dividend was linked to production and cash availible. I am surprised they have paid it out since they have not actually earned the dividend since it was announced . The dividend has hampered the company, over 60 million in cash out the door with nothing to show for it, now they need to take on debt to develop. A creditor will not lend to a company that doesnt have a track record of covering their obligations with funds from operations. It will probably be the dividend or the line of credit. I doubt they will do both.>
