Farmout

Farmout

Anyone who argues that this MOU isn't absolutely fantastic news for Simba has ulterior motives. Period. Investors who bought SMB based on Kenya did so with aspirations of a JV/Farmout that would give Simba the cash to punch a hole in the ground and that is exactly what management went out and got!

I too, was disappointed to see 5mil shares trade up to .10 and close @ .08... but unfortunately for now, it seems the TDs etc.. have told their ppl to skim off the top and make any profit they can, base hits... not grand slams.

In the mean time, Simba is going to have to bridge the gap between today and the time it takes the Kenyan's to approve this deal. This should leave plenty of opportunity for SMB to prove to the investment community that they're not a slap stick operation and they're here to stay.

JMO, enjoy your weekends..

cheers
