The reality of the Financing Market these days is the Brokers want their cash back, ASAP after the PP closes and they are happy just to ride the warrants for Free.

.40 PP minus .035 cents (Broker 8% commission) = .365 cents...this is why the share price keeps selling down to .365 cents.

If you are looking to buy shares...would suggest bidding .365 to .375 until they are finished selling or until a bigger bidder shows up. JMHO
