RE: RE: TaeguTec Contact Info.

I was wondering what you guys were talking about and who until I realized I had put SEP on ignore way back because of his constant and relentless posts pumping WOF..  So I guess now he has a change or heart and thinks this was a scam all along.. Ah man.. this is depressing.. I do hope there is a news release soon just to calm hm down..

Nothing really has changed.. We were cash strapped before, we still are..  It is quite possible that plans that were drawn up had taken some short cuts and may need more work under Dundee and Mr. Goodman's review but on the positive side, there is now a senior management at local level to keep the process going and keeping local politics engaged.. Aside from going concern comments in the last news release we also had these comments "the Company continues negotiations with various parties to provide a short-term financing solution to meet its obligations and to provide funds to advance the Company's flagship Sangdong Tungsten Project, although there is no guarantee that such financing may be available. Longer term, the Company, with the considerable assistance of its largest shareholder, Dundee Corporation, continues its ongoing discussions with IMC International Metal Working Companies B.V. in order to reach a successful completion of the strategic transactions announced in February 2012."

IMHO various parties mentioned above may be current institutional owners Korean Zinc, Dundee etc. who collectively have more then half the company' shares and may not want to diluted out of their position so let's see who steps up to the plate to provide funds and how it will be structured..

Personally, if there were no major instituitional owners and we had not seen Dundee buying at .28 after Mr. Goodman's visit to the site, I would be a lot more worried but for now there is very little one can do because logically holding the shares is the only course of action at this time..
