Boss lady. I am new to Avanti. I' in because I know the property from the 80's and if properly managed can produce again. I have a price target of .20 intermediate to Long term. My concern is current management; they don't seem to run a tight enough ship. And I think the Korean pull out took them by surprise.

What is your investment premise, your price targets, and your opinion of management
