I will feel free to answer but I must qualify my answer because there is a wide range of base price plus royalty combinations that I would find acceptable. If it was an all cash deal I would have to say $20.00. I am leery of management frittering away royalties rather than paying dividends but I have to say that I believe Ken Dart will provide a force for good in use of any royalties received since I do not believe he receives any salary and is looking for his investment to increase in value. I believe his interests align with ours
