RE: RE: 3 weeks to agm Tim,,, lol,, yes it is speculation for sure but it is speculation based on piecing the the puzzle together as I see it. Based on the info that I have on hand this is my reasoning of what is going on.
Food for thought and discussion.
Regarding your question about why I am "confident this deal is done", please note that I did not actually say "confident" but yes,,, I am feeling fairly confident about it. Until further notice!
Why? Because I am looking at it as a "cause and effect" situation.
I believe (speculate) that the cause of the recent structural changes to the "corporate governance" was Veolia approaching the BOD.
The effect that I see so far is the changes that were put in place i.e. new COO, 3 changes to the BOD, BOD controlled Communications Committee, addition of a Veolia VP to the BOD.
Those actions taken indicate to me that they were negotiated items pertinent to the deal. Part and parcel.
The appointment of a Veolia VP to the BOD indicates to me that the deal is probably done because Ort would be remiss to appoint a Veolia VP to the Ort BOD if negotiations were still ongoing with Veolia. It could be perceived to be a conflict and would put the BOD in jeopardy of accusations of breach of duty , (not to mention silly) . Fox in the henhouse scenario.
We will know the facts soon enough. Then we can move on and start working on the next Ort enigma.
