I don't like the burn rate we've had, but losing $5 million in cash is nothing compared to how much we would've lost if Kobex did a deal 2 years ago when the Venture was over 100% higher than today's level.  They may have bucked the trend, but I'd way rather have the cash with a 900 Venture Mkt than a 2000 one.  They're inability to find a deal over the past 3 years may work out for the best.
