On January 7, 2013 New York attorney William Pepper filed a Federal Criminal Complaint against parties in Utah directly connected to ABX, Zions Bank, Politicians, Judges, and Fitzgerald, plus a Chilean Criminal Complaint was filed in 2012 by MSX attorneys against ABX and Politicians, Judges and others……How wil ABX survive? MSX will prevail.
