I'm guessing a 0.30$ div now would give around 6% yield (stock price at $5.00) which would be enough to boost the stock up, and with a rise in the stock at $7.50 would still give a 4% yield which is still a good yield and the stock price would be more reasonably valued. So 0.30 to 0.32 div would make a lot of sense.
