RE: chat, anyone?Here is a link to metal prices https://nickelalloy.com/metals/lme_group/lme_group_daily_lb_print.htm Prices on average have dropped in June but have been climbing recently. IMO Clt is undervalued based on current commodity prices, the 5% Tech share purchase at $25, and NAV estimated to be in the $29 ballpark. CLT is definately not a sexy/exciting stock to own but a 50% annual return ($30-1 year target) looks probable IMO.
