smelling a rat

COV has some pretty bight guys running the show now, each with a history of big turnaround successes, made millions on other projects like this, each knows "bay street" and investment bankers, etc. Operations have tightened up and sales are still pretty good. But the stock sits at 3cents. The "new insiders" own about 20% of the company.

To me this smells like a possible orchestrated slow torture devaluation of COV. but for what purpose? and why have these bright minds not triggered some key events to help the share price move in the up direction?  Answer: becasue they dont own enough of the company.....yet.

yup, smells like a rat to me. something is up. some people REALLY like the company but want to own 80% of it. whats the cheapest way to accomplish this, with minimal cash outlay?  you got it. its happening.

Notice to the OSC (Ontario Securities Commission):  keep an eye on the developments of this company. something very suspicious is brewing that you may later need to investigate.
