Thank you for that advice.  I am going to hang onto my shares as well and see what transpires.  I checked with my broker and they did confirm that if Kelso's offer goes thru they will automatically be tendered anyway.  If not I don't really care as I only have 100 shares that I paid $15.80 per share several years ago and they are in my RRSP so I can't even claim a loss!
