Did some of this money find its way into some ones personal account rather than the company coffers?

I've been wondering the same thing not just about Woulfe but about the majority in the Jr Mining sector.  In their year end news release one bullet point states they had terminated their  contract with their Investor relations firm and I wondered about the possibility of kickbacks in that business area. Here's 1.5 Mil to handle our Investor relations /whisper give me $200 grand  in four $50 grand payments and we have a deal.  Of course I am just speculating and I am not accusing any particular person or company   but I can imagine these types of things happening and it worries me.  I have a feeling when these companies fall apart many of the principal players walk away with a little grin and quietly disappear from the limelight until they find another cash cow. I doubt many of the players start with bad intentions however when things start to fall apart or do not go well Im guessing they grab as much as they can before the end.
