i wouldnt be in this if I didnt believe it will work...i have the hope it will work, I still dont see that it is working. IF IT ALREADY WORKED and if we had clients and IF rusal was signed and IF veolia already built its first plant that was running, then we would already likely be above 15 dollars and I might not be able to buy this stock...i.e. risk /reward and belief(hope/faith), are why I am here now.
