BCSC

BCSC

Has any one of the people signing onto this petition looked into how the BCSC was formed?  It seems to me having only briefly looked into this that the power of the BCSC was created through a Securities act.   I would imagine within that act, laws and guidlines were put into place.

What I am suggesting is that perhaps your petition is going to the wrong grtoup.  I would imagine that you would actually need to bring up some sort of reform via a legislative body.

This being said, I look at the issue of the CTO to be much like that of any criminal or civil law investigation.  I don't think the general public can tell the police to be more transparent in an investigation. During an investigation, or review of reports, very little comes out until the investigators choose.  BEFORE you all jump on me, I get that the report is not an investigation.  It just seems that perhaps you are persuing a path that can only be changed through legislation.
