One of myn biggest mistakes early in investing was I would only find a stock when they had something good happen and I got in at the top and had to hold longer and/or average down just to see profits. Im getting better but I still get caught from time to time. Its hard to fight the prospect of jumping into a high flyer.
Also another thing i want to start doing is setting a profit margin and just get out everytime at that point. I feel like im always looking for that 10 bagger or something and ive missed out on tons of profit
