In the letter tony asks for suggestions for ways to improve. By making no mention of the interests of the shareholders or the bondholders he confirms his apparent view that LSG is all about his pay and his bonuses and then about the workers and then the community.

If he has any concern for the shareholders and the bondholders, the best suggestion to him to improve LSG would be for Tony to resign.
