I think Keith Hill said, they won't be waiting around for Somalia and Somalialand, Puntland,to finish talks on their politics,but will still hold onto the blocks, He also said, Horn will be become another Africa OIl,contracts are being worked on and should have some signed in the next 6-8 weeks.

Keith Hill also stated, if they sold the company, they would have to pay a exit tax, which they not fond of doing, so would rather bring in a stragic partner, and still keep 20-30 % royalites of the blocks. They believe the stock should be trading at $20.00 a share, even with worst case scenario of reserves.
