Unfortunately...

Unfortunately...

I said some time ago that this thing is going to end up in court, I'm afraid I might be right.

As far as expiring claims, it would seem counterproductive to suggest that PC is going to let certain claims lapse in order for PO to claim them.  Consider the mess that occurred when they were claimed initially--3 years in court to get a recalcitrant Mining Recorder to issue them to us, and that was with only two groups aware they were expiring then (Nova and Soquem's lackey).  What kind of mess would it be this time?  And that's if PO isn't just pursuing a scorched earth policy.  I'm not saying it can't happen, but what a mess it became the last time someone filed claims on land that Soquem clearly wants back desperately.

I just looked at assessment work filed on E-sigeom, there is a report by CD filed under Apella for a "Icon Sullivan" property--is anyone aware of this set of claims?  Only 3 pages are filed, so there is no detail on the property.

The mining claims people in Quebec are usually French speaking first.  I can't figure out how to look up claims, because I can't read French.  If someone else can they need to get a listing of ALL claims.  Usually there is a fee to renew claims, but you also need to perform assessment work and file the reports of the work done and the results.  Sometimes these reports are hidden from the public for a period of time--so there could be other properties PC claimed/owned/PAID FOR that are hidden from us as well.

There used to be a law firm called Suskinds (sp?) LLC that represents shareholders in class actions, I can't find them anymore with an internet search.

You might need a prospector's license to look up claims.  Someone should also look in Ontario as well, I'll try tonight.
