Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

You can buy back on Monday but it will likely be at a higher price.  Take a look at the chart.  The share price is rising on large volume for good reason.  The signing of the tariff agreement that was in line with Prophecy Coal's submission to the Mongolian authorites.  With a price agreement this clears the way to completing the PPA and building a power plant. The utility component gives Prophecy a long life stable return on investment while giving exposure to the Prophecy Coals large stake in Wellgren, a world class PGM project that has all the potential of being a block buster high grade open pittable deposit.
