This question was only answered for me when Taylor was added to the BOD. When he was added to the board a new SEDI profile was set up and we saw his holdings for the first time. Before that we had no idea what he had.

So another engineer like Jianhong Cai *could* buy and sell without us knowing even though nobody is closer to the action than he is (Taylor aside). I always thought it odd that the techies didn't have to declare their holdings.
