RE: From all sides Chief;
If you want to both sides lay their plans for Bioniche on the table, then ask Bioniche to call a meeting for early August. To a large extent, it doesn't matter how GW got here, the fact is that they are here now and they are serious. If no one wants to question the 2011 "Halt for No Reason", the RCP loan, the Aussie sell off, who knew what and when prior to the Endo dissolution, the recent option grant etc etc. etc., why question how GW did or didn't come by their shares.
An early August meeting date gives them 60 days to complete a Urocidin deal and perhaps an AH deal, and give both sides ample time to prepare a business case for your support. Call GW, they are very clear that they are restricted from issuing a proxy circular without an established shareholder meeting. That is the law.
The fact that Bioniche has attempted to squash a shareholder meeting by announcing the AGM 6 months in advance is a desperate, almost embarassing tactic, and is in and of itself comical, until you realize that it is a denial for all shareholders, not just GW.
