After the arrangement goes through, we DO NOT hold a preferred royalty share in RVX. We will receieve a share of Zenith in exchange for giving up our preferred royalty share in RVX. As per the arrangment, Zenith will receive 6-12% of "apoAI revenue" in royalty, but there is no obligation that shareholder will receive any of this.
